        • Both spouses agree to divorce

        • Both spouses agree on all key terms:

          • Division of property and debts

          • Child custody and support (if applicable)

2. Residency requirements

        • At least one spouse meets the legal residency requirement of your jurisdiction (e.g., state, province, or country)

        • Divorce will be filed in the correct court based on the county

3. No pending disputes or court cases

        • No ongoing legal disputes between the spouses

        • No restraining orders or history of domestic violence that would prevent online processing

4. Required documents ready

        • Government-issued IDs of both spouses

        • Signed divorce agreement (we provide a template if needed)

        • Information related to (answered in the Big Questionnaire):

          • Joint property/assets

          • Shared debts

          • Children

5. Willingness to use online process

        • Both parties can access email and internet

        • Both parties are comfortable signing documents digitally

        • Both parties agree to complete the process without physical court hearings (unless required for final hearing)
