Total Cost is $595 and includes all documents needed to finalize the divorce. The cost is specifically broken down as follows:

  • Service Fees: $320 (Attorney’s Fee and remote online notary fees)

  • Court Filing Fees: $275 (Court Fee included)

The Index Phase fee is the mandatory filing fee required to open a divorce case in New York. It is paid to the court when the initial divorce documents are submitted. Without paying this fee, your case will not be officially filed or recognized by the court system.

RJI phase fee — $595

The Request for Judicial Intervention (RJI) fee is required if your case reaches the stage where a judge’s involvement is necessary. This typically occurs when any contested issues arise or court oversight is needed to finalize the divorce. If your divorce is completely uncontested and resolved without court intervention, this fee may not apply.
