- One about your spouse (the respondent)
Payment & Account creation
After submitting the forms, you’ll be prompted to pay the service fee and create your account using a valid email address and password.
Complete full questionnaire
Once your account is set up, you’ll complete a comprehensive questionnaire (approx. 210 questions) covering all the legal and logistical aspects of your divorce.
Document preparation
The detailed questionnaire helps us collect all necessary legal information, including:
- Property and asset division
- Child custody and support (if applicable)
- Spousal support
- Legal names, dates, and other jurisdictional requirements
Legal team checks eligibility
Our licensed attorney will review your submission to ensure that:
- You meet state-specific legal requirements
- Your case qualifies as “uncontested”
- No critical information is missing
Legal team approves or disapproves
- If approved, your case moves forward.
- If additional information is required, you will be contacted by email.

Legal team starts drafting
Once approved, our legal team — including an attorney, paralegals, and paralegal assistants — begins drafting your personalized divorce documents.
These documents will be:
- Sent to you (the petitioner) for review and authorization for Phase 1
- Sent to both spouses for Phase 2
Notarization
After both parties approve the documents:
Online notarization
- Phase 1: Once the petitioner confirms that everything is accurate. The Index Phase Notarization process begins. The Petitioner will be guided through online notarization steps. The petitioner will receive the link for document notarization.
- Phase 2: Once the petitioner confirms that everything is accurate, the respondent will do the same. The notarization process begins. Both parties will be guided through online notarization steps. The petitioner will first receive the link for document notarization and afterwards the respondent will receive the link for document notarization.
Legal finalization process
RJI fee paid
Once notarization is complete, the RJI fee is paid to initiate phase 2 of the divorce and the legal team will draft the RJI documents. Then both parties should approve and notarize the documents.
Court filing
Our team files your completed divorce documents with the appropriate state court.
Court review & Divorce decree
The court reviews the submitted documents. If all is in order, the divorce is granted and finalized without any court appearance required from you.
