- Error Message: “User already registered”
- Solution: If you’ve previously registered, use the “Forgot password?” option to reset your password. If you believe this is an error, contact support for assistance.
Weak or Invalid password
- Error Message: “Passwords must match.”
- Solution: Ensure your password in the Confirm Password field is the same as in the Password field
- Error Message: “Password must be at least 8 characters”
- Solution: Make sure that your password meets the length criteria.
