  • Solution: Ensure that the email and password are entered correctly, paying attention to case sensitivity. If forgotten, use the “Forgot password?” link to reset your credentials.



Account not yet activated - User register

  • Error Message: “Your account is being created, please try again in 30 seconds.”

  • Solution: Wait for a while, then try again



Wrong credentials

  • Error Message: Please use the same email address you used to Create the Case. If the error keeps happening, please contact support at support@centurylegal.com

  • Solution: Please check if the email you are using is the one you began the divorce process with. If yes, contact our customer support.
