How we handle your data (and why it’s safe)?
When you work with us, you’re not just filling out forms—you’re entrusting us with personal, often sensitive, information. We don’t take that lightly.
At every stage of your divorce process, we are committed to protecting your privacy, your data, and your dignity. Here’s how we do that—and why you can feel confident choosing us.
Data security: Our top priority
- We store and manage all client data using Zoho CRM, one of the most secure customer data platforms in the industry. Your information is protected by:
- End-to-end encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit (when it’s being sent or received) and at rest (while stored in our system).
- Restricted access: Only select authorized personnel on our team can access your records, and only when absolutely necessary.
- Secure backups: Your data is backed up securely and redundantly, ensuring no accidental loss.
- Audit logs: Every data access is logged for internal tracking and accountability.
- We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties under any circumstances.
Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your data indefinitely, primarily for your convenience in case you return, request documentation again, or need legal follow-up. However, you have the full right to request deletion of all your data at any time.

If you’d like us to delete your records:
Simply email us at info@fastfloridadivorce.com with a short request, and we’ll permanently delete all personal information associated with you within 30 days, no questions asked.
Legal Compliance: What Applies in Your State
We operate in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New York, Texas, and Washington, and we comply with the applicable data privacy laws in each of these states. While we are not a data broker or large tech company, we take extra steps to voluntarily align with national privacy standards, even in states without comprehensive laws.
Florida – Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Effective July 2024)
This new law applies to very large tech companies —those with $1 billion+ annual revenue— so it does not apply to our business. However, we agree with its spirit and are already aligned with its goals.
We give you:
- The ability to access and delete your information
- Assurance that we don’t use or sell your data for targeted advertising
- Transparent policies on how your data is stored and for how long
