Petitioner’s documents review
After our paralegals draft your divorce documents, you (petitioner) will receive an email notification where you will be prompted to review the documents. This direct review link will be available in both your email or your Divorce Portal.
On this page, you’ll need to approve or disapprove that all the information you provided is accurate and up to date. If any discrepancies are found, you will be asked to update your details before proceeding.
This is an essential step because the court will base their proceedings on the accuracy of these documents.
Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed your information, you will proceed to the next step.
