You’ll simply need to notify us and submit a one-time $75 reactivation fee (for cases that are 6-12 months old) or a one-time $150 (if the case is older than 1 year).

How to reactivate your case

Reopening your case is a straightforward process designed to minimize hassle and save time. Here’s how it works:

      Contact us via live chat or email. Just let us know that you'd like to reopen your case and provide your full name and, if possible, your Case ID.

    2. We’ll verify your status
      Our team will locate your case and confirm whether it’s eligible for reactivation. (Nearly all inactive cases are eligible unless a court filing has already taken place.)

    3. Submit the reactivation fee
      We’ll send you a secure payment link to complete the $75-150 reactivation fee, which covers the cost of restoring, reviewing, and updating your case file.

    4. We restore your access
      Once payment is received, your case will be reopened within 1 business day. You’ll regain access to the client portal, your questionnaire, and any drafted documents.

    5. You continue where you left off
