- Continue with a second, more detailed questionnaire
- After completion, you’re prompted to pay online (1 x $195 or 2 x $99)
- Upon payment, you’ll get an email to log in or create a Divorce Portal account and access the main questionnaire
Step 2: Big Questionnaire & Attorney Agreement
After logging in, you complete the Big Questionnaire online
Upload supporting documents (if needed)
You receive reminders for any missing info (e.g., proof of residency, SSN)
Once submitted, you sign the Attorney Service Agreement digitally
Step 3: Case Review & Document Drafting
A paralegal reviews your answers:
Accepted → Documents are drafted
Conditionally Accepted → More info needed
Rejected → You’re notified
You review and approve each document online
If corrections are needed, use the comment box (revisions may incur a small fee)
Once approved, documents are locked and cannot be altered
You pay the Notarization fee: $88 per party or $176 both
The Respondent gets their email to review, approve, and sign as well
Step 4: Virtual Divorce Services (Notarization & Financial Affidavit)
Financial Affidavit (FA)
Required for both parties
You’ll be guided to choose the short or long version (based on income)
Fill it out entirely online, no notarization needed
If corrections are necessary, the form is reset and re-submitted
Online Notarization
We schedule your Remote Online Notarization (RON) via Bluenotary.com (Zoom platform)
Appointments available 8 AM – 9 PM EST
You meet with a notary, show ID, and sign documents live via video
The same process is repeated separately for the Respondent
If any document is disapproved, the process is paused, and revision/redrafting is initiated
Documents requiring notarization include:
Petition (Petitioner)
Waiver of Service (Respondent)
Marital Settlement Agreement (Both)
Waivers of Disclosure, SSNs, Interrogatories, and more
If there are children, additional notarized documents like the Parenting Plan and UCCJEA forms are required
