1. Standard Uncontested Divorce

Flat-Rate Service Fee — $195 (or 2 × $99)

This fixed service fee includes:

    1. Preparation of all required divorce documents
    2. Revisions (if needed before filing)
    3. Sending documents for Remote Online Notarization (RON)
    4. Court filing of your divorce
    5. Ongoing support via email and chat

There are no hidden fees. This fee covers the entire standard process from start to finish.

Notarization Fee — $176 (or 2 × $88)

Florida requires your divorce documents to be notarized. We provide secure online notarization for both spouses at a flat rate.

    1. $176 (if paid together)
    2. 2 × $88 (if spouses pay separately)

Court Filing Fee — $424,12

This is the official state fee to file your divorce case in court.
We collect and transfer this fee directly to the courthouse on your behalf.

If you qualify based on income, you may apply for a court Filing Fee Waiver to avoid this cost.

2. Divorce by Publication (Missing Spouse Divorce)
