Common review & notarization issues
Disapproved documents and revision fees
In cases where the documents are disapproved by either petitioner or respondent it usually means that a revision of a document is required. This revision sometimes can come free of charge if the changes are minor like small typos or small date changes. However, if the changes require a significant amount of work of our pearls to change the data on the divorce documents a revision fee will be charged based on the amount of work that is required. These fees usually range from $25 to $50. You will be required to pay this fee before proceeding to the next step.
