How to navigate Divorce Portal and its functionalities

When you log into your Divorce Portal, you’ll be directed to your home page, which serves as your personal dashboard throughout the divorce process. This Divorce Portal is designed to keep you informed and organized every step of the way, showing you clearly where your case stands and what actions are needed from you. We strongly recommend that you create an account and use the Divorce Portal regularly, as it will greatly simplify and speed up both your part and ours.

Track your case progress in real time

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a step-by-step progress bar that outlines the five main phases of your virtual divorce (VD) process:
    1. Divorce Case Opened
    2. Answer Online Questionnaire
    3. Review & Notarize Divorce Documents
    4. Court File Divorce Documents
    5. Divorce Granted
Each of these steps lights up as you complete them, and you can always see which stage you’re in at a glance.

Check detailed substeps

By clicking on the active step (highlighted in orange), a dropdown appears showing detailed substeps. For example, under Step 2 (Answer Online Questionnaire), you can see entries like:
    1. Payment Made – Case Open
    2. Questionnaire Submitted – Petitioner
    3. Attorney Agreement Signed
    4. Under Review
    5. And others that will become active as you proceed.
This breakdown helps you know exactly what has been completed and what still needs your attention.

View your status and notes

On the lower part of the dashboard, you’ll find:
    1. Current Status: Shows where your case stands right now (e.g., “Service Fee Paid – Case Registered”).
    2. Status Notes: Additional info, such as confirmation that attorney or service fees have been paid.

See what action is needed

To the right, under “Action Needed,” you’ll see a clear explanation of any outstanding tasks. In the current example, the system reminds the user to complete the online questionnaire, which is essential for our legal team to start preparing your divorce documents.

This section is interactive — meaning if you need to take action, like filling out the questionnaire, you can simply click the green Complete Online Questionnaire button and begin immediately.
